Then he received training on automobile at Tito workshop of Rajbari, Godagari in Rajshahi with a dream to open a workshop by his own. He started working at the same workshop after completing his 10 months long hands on skill training on automobile.

It was not easy for him to venture own workshop even though having utmost zeal. His family did also not have capacity to provide financial assistance to him. Finding no other ways, Prodip takes credit from local NGO for paying advance for house rent and paid it and opened a workshop. He brands the shop name as ‘Prodip motor cycle servicing center’. The workshop is located at Gopalpur mour (turn) beside the Rajshahi to Chapainawabgonj highway. Prodip employs 2 other IP youths named Budhinath Soren and Biswajit Oraon in his workshop.
